A few words - Unas palabras

After the incidents occurred during the celebration of the World Series - Manhunt, we wanted to clarify certain points.
This tournament, as many know, was done by request of some players via chat, email and message. The main staff of this page, after the World Series - Artifact Assault, which was to be the unique World Series, ended quite unhappy, so we had no intention of creating another team event in a game that does not allow for that custom competition system . However, seeing the welcome of the initiative, decided to go ahead, publishing even a 4vs4 systemen that, although tedious, does not fail. But you have to read between the lines. A tournament system that requires a series of sequences and tricks to be done is not going to be easy. Even then, we insisted, were a part of the players who ask this tournament existed. We only organize it. Again, with the World Series - Artifact Assault we lost all our desires.
We are not going to be responsible for the listed players who not attend to the event. Anyone who thinks that calling over a dozen people from different countries, each with their lives and times and schedules, do them to be at the same time and playing the ACR can be easy, think again. The tournaments are complicated and this class even more.
A goal can not lose sight of is the leitmotif of all this: the fun, and therefore produces extra fun competition. All enrolled must understand these issues or else I doubt they listed for a hard drink. I'm all that waiting is not fun. NO FUN AT ALL. The question is, why wait?
We already noticed that this was not be done and if we have taken this trouble is by the will of the players. Obviously, there are two things that have to be clear: the rest of the team that lacks member is not guilty and always will be missing people, which can lead to a team proclaimed champion cause they had no rival, if we follows that rule.
We have to live in a true utopia to think that every game would be played 4vs4 because, although not impossible, is extremely complicated and are causes beyond the control of this organization. Who does not want to have the human factor (meaning priorities, irresponsibility, incidental, apathy ...) is that is a dreamer. From experience, always will be missing players, what you have to do is to know to take that fact than those who have come to play can have fun.
The World Series - Manhunt is a tournament to declare a national team the best players in that game mode. I doubt that fun, entertainment and competition quarrel with the number of players. We believe that althought a team has no 4 members and they can play, for example, a 2v2 and both teams agree, they should do. It shows sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship, not to mention a sign of courage. Even any other formula agreed by both teams may be considered valid if it the organizer are agree too.
If a team does not want to play that way, obviously, is his right, but it always seems more just to win in the battlefield that "in the offices." Still, the complete team(4 members)could win without play against a incompleted team if he wish.
What insurance is detestable is to insult the members of the organization. The attitude of some players has been hostile, provocative, selfish and rude. Reluctant help to take advantage is not cooperation, but interest. Again, we all know the game and its systems, we knew what we had when we got into this. Requiring or complain now is foolish. Not enough to say we did not know this. Simply, I do not think so. All people on this page are very clever. Again, we emphasize the same idea, calling to over 20 players and make them stay at the same time is very difficult. Instead of complaints we consider it more productive to propose solutions.
No one should lose sight of what this is. All of us here do for fun and have a good time. Any one having a different interest is better than not participate.
We also emphasize that any player has not the power to choice his national team leave the tournament. Of course, they can do, but the national team will remain in the tournament. Only the organization can remove or disqualify a team.
Fortunately, in the new AC3 these problems do not happen. The implementation of the clan system is an established fact, so we can all choose companions from now on, regardless of game mode.
So from now on we only ask for cooperation, commitment and involvement, each in the grade you want or can. But above all, respect for organizers and other players, please.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
The Templar Files Staff

..........................

Atentamente,
The Templar Files Staff

  1. I dont want to sound rude or racist but i am very disapointed in the people who signed up for the world series. everyone knew the date and time.. there is no excuse for people not showing up or being late cause of Ramadan, im sorry but if you know that you cant make it that time.. inform Templar Files and with that it would mean that youre not taking part in the tournament. it was nice that other players had to wait over 2 hours to play a game! if it said at 5pm than at 4.45pm you should be online ready. me and my team mates would like to thank Templar files and Turuk for their help in this tournament.. it was needed :D AnGeL_82F Malta

I agree with you, AnGeL_82F. We have to be more responsible and fellowship. Just warning one day before, even hours before the tournament could have accelerated the World Series greatly. But this was not the only drawback.
