Abstergo Industries is one of the largest and most prominent corporations in the world responsible for the majority of human technological development for the past millennia.
By the year 2012, Abstergo Industries had expanded into various business sectors, setting up various subsidiary companies, such as Abstergo Entertainment tasked with producing multimedia consumer goods.
The Templar Files was founded as global recruiting and gaming division of Abstergo Industries. Through the Animus, we train and we value each user looking for the ideal prototype who fit within our agents.
Our primary product is a gaming console version of the Animus, known as Animus Omega, which is sold on a worldwide scale. Through its initial basis, it enabled the company to influence the general public through pre-packaged genetic memories and wide, social gaming constructs.
The company's main mediums included video games, movies and other media sourced from genetic memories.
From Revelations, we have used our technology to find the best agents through different tournaments, trials and missions.
The Templar Files División has faithfully served Abstergo since birth. We have nurtured the Animus of ideas and the owners have taken the credit. Not surprisingly, many of our creations have been implemented in subsequent releases of the franchise as PlayOn confirmed us. We created the Abstergo Missions, stories with a background and plot, and they launched the Multiplayer Events. Us, the Ranking of players and the Abstergo Points and they exactly the same in AC3. We created the Templar Cards and weeks later they created the Templar Cards in AC3 too. Us, tournaments with special rules since 2012 and they launched the Gamelab. Even, we announced our own boardgame in 2012 and they will launch its own in 2014.
The Templar Files host competitive Animus events and tournaments. We offer the estimated 500 hundred competitive gamers in all the World a destination to compete in live tournaments for community prizes and the status of being an elite player.
